Taking It Personally
Over the past seven years in the phone sex business, I have come to a special understanding of men, especially when it comes to their sexuality. However, my education process from this experience has not been confined to just that portion of their psyche.
I think it is important to understand that men come to a phone sex operator not just for the physical release but for the emotional release as well. My experiences with phone relationships has shown me that men do have this deep need to be understood. They need the woman to understand why it turns them on to wear nylons while they masturbate. So perhaps the difference between a successful operator and one that isn't as successful is her ability to get personal with her clients, yet remain distant enough to keep it good business. Trust is where loyalty derives from. If they can learn to trust you, they will be loyal to you.
This is especially important with domination calls where trust and understanding is the most important. Sometimes you have to read between the lines, hear the things they don't say. Feel them right through the phone lines i.e. pay attention to all the little sounds, and hints.
So, my advice is, take it personally. Treat your callers with the special care and individuality that they deserve, by calling us with their deepest,
